Matt and Carley drove in from Richmond, VA to have their engagements done. Matt is in the Army and is stationed in Bagdad. He and Carley were lucky to have 2 full weeks together while Matt was home. Well the shoot was scheduled for March 16th, 2010 but it really was a ucky day. Lucky enough they were staying long enough to shoot the next day. And the wait was sooooooo worth it! Beautiful day! So we met at Norfolk Waterside area and walked over to the Freemason Street were the fabulous cobblestone streets meet the water. Then just wondered around to the Big Easy across Granby. We had a great time. Matt and Carley are two wonderful people and so in love with each other. I think you will see that in these images.
Thanks Carley and Matt. I really enjoyed the shoot and I know you did too! Can't wait til October to do it again!
Kara and James were married in a beautiful ceremony on October 3, 2009 at Sacred Heart Church in Norfolk, VA.
Their reception of celebration was held at the Vista Point Center on Norfolk Naval Base.
A week before the marriage I had the opportunity to do Kara's bridals at Norfolk Botanical Gardens. It was a rainy day but that didn't stop us from capturing this beautiful bride to be!
Thank you to Kara and James for the opportunity to photograph your bridals, rehearsal and wedding day coverage! Your families are wonderful.
Kristina and Neil were married September 26, 2009. The ceremony and reception were held at the Virginia Beach Resort and Conference Center. The weather promised rain but never happened and this happy couple were joined together outside on the deck. The reception was decorated only a king and queen would deserve including fireworks! Congratulations Kristina and Neil!
